Go Tell Everyone
Go tell it on the mountains,
Tell it across the deep blue sea,
Go tell it around the fountain
Tell them there's one who'll set them free!
Go tell them in the city.
Tell them in the forest glades,
Tell them Satan has been bruised,
Tell them their sin debt has been paid.
Tell it out in the farm land,
In caves and on the desert floor,
Tell the one's with outstretched hand,
Tell them they can be free forevermore!
Go tell it on the tropic isles,
Tell it in the land of snow and frost,
Go tell the lame and lonely,
Tell them they need not be lost!
Go tell the fallen the story,
Tell them of God's redeeming plan,
Tell them of his amazing grace and glory,
Tell them in a way they'll understand!
Go tell them while it's day,
Tell them to hasten to the old cross,
Tell them to plunge in at the fountain,
Tell them He'll cleanse away the dross!
Go tell them to hasten to the Savior,
Tell them not to tarry along the way,
Tell them to set their goals on Heaven,
Tell them to seek the God of Heaven right away!
