We have a golden opportunity
Upon the water Thy precious seed we'll cast, 
They call it, "the Jesus video"
I call it a present love story from the past.

Lord, will you go before us as we walk 
The sidewalks of Salem our mission field,
If you water the seed we sow,
We'll rejoice in the abundance of the yield.

Be there if in our weakness we should waver
Be our strength if we should falter,
Help us reach out to our mission field,
Father, please meet us at the altar.

If we're victorious in this endeavor
Constantly remind us of their need,
Marching with great anticipation
Reward our efforts as we sow Thy seed.

Unless you go before we'll surely fail
Let our footsteps be at Your command,
Let us have but one goal in mind,
A video of Jesus in every sinners hand.

Let us not forget the power of darkness 
That it's His kingdom we invade,
Please go before us with Your shining light,
That in the darkness we need not be afraid,

Lord, reward our efforts twofold
Salvation for all those lost is our plea,
When our mercy mission is completed; 
They'll shout, "salvation full and free."

Father, we're living in a world of unconcern 
Even the so called churches doesn't care,
We accept this as a community effort;
For the unconcerned we offer up a prayer.

Lord, please assure us that You'll join us
And overshadow this our mercenary vision,
We'll be careful to give You the praise,
And honor, and glory for this mission.

Salem is our last ditch battle field
A vineyard ripe unto harvest now,
Please Lord, give courage for our mission
We'll be careful to keep our hands upon the plow.

It's too late to look back upon our failures
It's onward to victory we go,
Won't You please go before us as we
Go two by two to hand out the Salem video.
